Accept responsibility for delays, fines, or penalties caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid in full before goods are released or delivered, unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
All charges, including customs duties, taxes, insurance, and handling fees, are payable by the client.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Convey Logistics acts as an agent on behalf of clients and is not the actual carrier of goods.
While we ensure proper handling of shipments, we are not responsible for:
Delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or third parties.
Damage, loss, or theft arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to international transport conventions.
Clients are encouraged to obtain their own cargo insurance for full protection.
5. Insurance
Standard services do not include cargo insurance.
Clients are strongly advised to arrange their own cargo insurance for additional protection.

9. Refunds & Cancellations Policy Service Cancellations Clients must provide written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment or service initiation. Cancellations made after this period may incur administrative or handling fees. Refunds Refunds will only be issued if services have not yet been initiated and no third-party costs (such as customs fees, carrier charges, or documentation fees) have been incurred. Once goods are in transit or customs clearance has begun, refunds are not available. Non-Refundable Charges Government duties, taxes, and third-party fees already paid on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable. Special service fees (urgent handling, warehousing, insurance) are also non-refundable once processed. Delays & Force Majeure No refunds will be issued for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, strikes, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Dispute Resolution Any refund-related disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with UK law and our governing terms.
